Using our advanced design and processing technologies, we have established six technology platforms for current sensing resistor, anti-surge protection, ESD protection, EMI Filter, optocoupler, overcurrent or overvoltage or over temperature protection.  At lSND we do widely use combinations of substrate materials (ceramic, glass, silicon material, etc…) and High-Temperature Vacuum welding technology to produce Shunt, TVS, and anti-surge components which provide the best design and performance solutions for our customers.

        We have made high-temperature welding leading technology to further develop current sensing components. Shunt can be applied to high power circuit. With development of specializedtechnology, we can produce whole series CSR of high-power, high current and low TCR.

        lSND technology platform for anti-surge protection and ESD protection consists of electronic packaging, circuits with high power handling, thermal management, and high current metallic leads. The platform enables lSND to miniaturize protection components for anti-surge and ESD.
